Fiko is an IT company with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and sales industry. In our early years, our primary market consisted of call centers handling both outbound and inbound phone sales.
Over the years, we have developed our own solutions for, among other things, order management, door-to-door sales using map-based solutions, SMS solutions, and lead management. We also offer a wide range of integrations that retrieve, update, or transfer data between different platforms.
Our customers are Nordic companies with extensive distribution of goods and services.
